Flirt Cupcakes, Edmonton’s first Whyte Ave cupcake shop, celebrated its one year anniversary today by handing out 100 free cupcakes. As you probably know, its also just so happens to be Valentines Day, which helped to create a bit extra celebratory fun for loved ones and friends. Arriving about 10 minutes early, the line was already forming. People were definitely keen on this early morning treat.
With a counter full of cupcakes, it was a nice gesture that you were free to pick from any of the available goodies. No, specials, Flirt was really all about the celebrations. Feeling the red theme of the day (Chinese New Year and Valentines Day), the red velvet cake seemed like the only true option. Happy Anniversary Flirt, I hope your cupcakes continue to bring happiness for years to come!
