If there is an In-N-Out Burger location to visit, it’s probably Baldwin Park. Said to be where this famous SoCal burger joint set it’s roots in 1948, we found ourselves stopping for a bite on our return trip from Los Angeles. Pulling into the parking lot a little later than expected, the burger-slinging-teenager  inside of me was a bit saddened to see the lights on In-N-Out University dark for the night.
