Random Sandwich Thursday

Sandwiches are so good. They can be simple or extravagant; bigger than your mouth, or dainty and crustless. The other day I fried up some amazing English back bacon from Old Country Meat & Deli, and then topped it with fresh tomato, cucumber, sprouts, hot peppers, and a nice layer of mustard. I then put the sandwich back in the bacon pan to warm up and soak in those delicious pork flavours; making this one satisfying sandwich. I wonder if I could call this a one pot meal. 😉
