YEG Alley Burger – May 27, 2011

After getting downtown a little too late to enjoy Edmonton’s new it-burger on my previous attempt, it was only a matter of time before I returned. And with an out of town guest in tow, I’m happy to say that the stars aligned. Chef Andrew Cowan’s burger, which is featured in Taste Alberta’s current Get Grilling series, is lamb based (pork for fat), topped minimally and cooked just how I like it; crazy pink! Enjoy.

  1. how quickly does the line form once the tweet goes out? and how soon after the tweet goes out that enough people show up such that I’m out of the running for a burger? is it just on weekends? yummmmm.
