With the addition of a street front patio at Tres Carnales, life only gets better. More seats means happier customers and quicker table turns. All of which probably explains why I find myself down there A LOT more than usual. This works for belly because I have nothing but mad love for Dani and Chris. Along with Edgar, they’ve created one tasty, unique and happening restaurant. While I hear whisps of what’s next for the trio of friends, I won’t share until they give me a concrete word. I am however, really excited to eat myself silly until that moment.
