Catching up with Britt Innes and Chef Chris Mills tonight, I couldn’t help but get excited by the stories Italian culinary adventures stories told. Feasting on food. Learning about food. Eating with locals. Can you ask for any more in a work trip. What a team-building, knowledge-fostering work trip. The more I learn about Joey Restaurants, the more I can get behind their vision. Now I just need to get out to the test kitchen and make some bread.
