I could certainly say that I’d love to eat more blood sausage, but in reality, I probably already eat enough. On a rainy night like tonight, it’s a simple and deliciously rich dish.
Step 1. Go to Old Country Meats and buy sausage
Step 2. Fry sausage in a medium hot cast iron pan until edges are crispy.
Step 3. Fry an egg in way too much butter.
Step 4. Plate.
Step 5. Eat
