Staying in and cooking (when it’s something you really enjoy doing) on New Years Eve is potentially one of the best decisions around. Make it romantic or make it hectic, it’s up to you. Try a new recipe or make a family classic, it’s up to you.
Course 1 was Panko Crusted Colossal Shrimp. It doesn’t get much easier than this. Prep the shrimp how you like (or buy them prepped). Soak/dip them in milk. Toss them into a bowl of panko. Fry in oil for a couple of minutes at 375 degrees. Serve hot with a side of lemon.
