Food That is Fast, Not Fast Food.

Never underestimate the power of smoked salmon and cream cheese after a long day. Chop up some capers, add dill, thinly sliced red onion and a squeeze of lemon juice. Put everything on some good bread and voila, your day will instantly become better. Unless of course, you hate smoked salmon. Then your day is going to get progressively worse. IMG_6677
