Stopped in for my first taste of ramen at Nudoru; the hip, whyte ave new kid in town. The space is simple and clean, with a mix of wood, pre-cast concrete and a beautiful mural. The menu is simple with small plates and three pre-selected ramen. The real gem is that you can make-your-own-ramen. The service was a bit slow (along with messing up my order), the noodles were great, and the broth needs work. I’ll head back, but I’m not in a rush. After all, we’ve really started to come into our own when it comes to ramen.
