Pickled Onions – Easy Sides

A super quick and simple side. Even quicker if you can vacuum seal them!

400 g Water
400 g White wine vinegar
80 g Sugar
20 g Salt
4 g Black pepper, whole
4 g Coriander seed, whole

Mix the above ingredients until the salt and sugar are dissolved. Add green or red onions. Soak for at least an hour. Add them to salads, burgers, tuna, egg, you name it!
